I'm sorry for your loss and sorry that you are not finding comfort from people. Lots of people avoid those grieving because they don't know what to say. It's a terrible human trait. There are people who are better at it and they will be available for whatever you need. Keep reaching out and the people with substance will answer.

Sorry to hear of your loss, have you tried talking to your dad as if he is still there? It can help you to to put things in order, maybe give some comfort. People may feel awkward chatting to you, don't take it personally.
