My grandmother.

She was getting better and we all got our hopes up; but it came back and she just could not fight it anymore.

When she found out her son from Australia had landed in the UK and knew we were all together after so long, that is when she decided to pass on peacefully.

I think she was holding on for that. The strongest person i’ve ever known.
