I Have Lost People I Love From Cancer

How do you cope with the overwhelming regret, emptiness, and sorrow that you feel when you loose your Best Friend?
Specificly to cancer.

Joint a support group can help. Support group for sick people is also meant for the family members and close friends....I think all hospitals have support groups...I'm not sure about this, but I think all hospitals have this...
