I hate healthcare in America

My friend is alone in a house sick with covid and they won't go to the doctors because they don't have insurance. They can barely breathe and it's hard to understand them when the talk. Honestly, I'm afraid they are going to die alone in this house and it's stressing me out. They're staying inside an unfinished rental with space heaters to keep them warm.

My family friend got sick while visiting the USA. Everybody and their mother told him to not go to the hopistals in the USA because they would over charge you for nothing. He decided to take a 4 hour flight to DR and get a hospital check up. This is what the world thinks of the USA.
