Try to get as much rest as possible, and try to stay hydrated as well! You still gotta eat, but try to consume small or easier things to keep down, like soup or maybe crackers.
This doesn't sound like a flu-type sickness; at least, to me, it doesn't. So I can't offer much advice, unfortunately.
