Oh just shoot me now and put me out of my flipping misery 😩

This flu is kicking my ass. It's been a week, and although I don't have a fever coming and going any more ...which is nice....I'm a snot box, my chest feels like someone is standing on it, and I think I pulled a muscle last night when I coughed so much I threw up .
And I'm exhausted just from breathing .

EVERYTHING inside hurts. I'm up nearly all night sneezing and coughing - it just won't let me sleep. And I'm crashing multiple times a day . I'm SOOoo tiiiired of coughing ....it's giving me headaches and my core muscles are DONE !....just flipping DONE !

It's like going back to being a kid again . I can't remember the last time I was sick like this .

Ivr never gotten 'something' , got well for a week, and then got sick again . How does that happen ?
Aren't immune systems suppose to build antibodies the first time round ?

All you guys in the northern hemisphere....watch out for this sucker this coming winter . It's spreading like wildfire down here, work has been short staffed now for MONTHS . People are ending up in hospital with pneumonia.

And if you get it .....ffs ....rest up . Don't go back to work after a few days thinking you are better. People, including me, have done that .....and all it did was hit worse .
It's so energy sucking . I've been living in my pyjamas for days now, and have seriously considered just wearing them to tje shop to get milk I'm just so wiped . (And I've never done that in my LIFE!).
- I didn't ...I went without milk instead -

But guys ....seriously - mask up and keep your sanitizer on you this coming winter. You don't want this sucker.
I'm using up sick days like candy, and I'd love to just change my bedsheets ....but I just can't - im too exhausted to even do that .

Heard on tv this year is bad for you on Oz.

Just booked my annual Jan for next month when the latest strain vaccine is available. Hopefully I'll avoid it this winter.
@OldBrit I hope you do . It's a kick in the teeth, it really is .
