I Hate Being Sick

Ughh I’ve been sick all week I feel like I’m dead. After visiting the hospital Tuesday and Wednesday getting blood work, ivs, and xrays. They figured out I have the Flu and Pneumonia at the same time... ughhh it’s been a total of 6 days now and I’m dying. I think I’m almost over the flu but pneumonia takes at least 2 weeks or more. I’m not excited for another week in bed.... 😞😔 🤒

I'm so sorry. I know first hand how those can absolutely sap your energy and really make for some long rough days. I hope you're fully over it now. Pneumonia is always paired with some type of infection. Pneumonia is not technically and illness, but rather the word used to describe fluid in the lungs. Pneumonia falls into two categories, either vial pneumonia, or bacterial pneumonia. Yours was obviously vial since it was caused by the influenza virus also present.

@Thespis So, I just realized this was posted in 2019, not 2022... I REALLY hope you're better. Otherwise, that's one hell of an infection.
