A friend had a cat with something similar, then I went at her house to petsit and slowly, day after day the cat was getting better. At the beginning it was scary to listen to her breathing at night... but after a couple of weeks, she was more and more breathing better and got her appetite back. I wish all the best for Mr Lemon, rest...
