Feeling stupid

So out of anger I decided to move out . Packed all I had in a giant suitcase and storm down the stairs = broken leg , giant cast and 10 days in bed
I feel so stupid

Anger is a bad advisor. Perhaps all is not lost and if you make an effort and the other person too, you can meet half way and settle the issue.
