Is anyone else stuck in a flu circle?

For the last two plus weeks I've been either sick myself or helping take care of sick family members. It's like a mucus covered game of hot potato.

i only have a minor nasal congestion...i actually haven't had the flu in over 30 years. i do believe though i had asymptomatic covid a few years ago and again about 18 months ago that i probably gave my mother who was bed ridden and didn't see any other people but me.
