Back Home From The Hospital

They say my crohn is flaring which I knew but I have strep throat...They sent me home after doing a couple bags of iv fluids....They gave me medicine and a few pain meds....Just got to rest and let my body recharge check back in with my family doctor and my GI doctor.....
