I Feel Sick

I woke up this morning with a massive headache, my fever is massive, I can't stand up without getting disorientated. I hate this. I've been so careful about my health yet I just get sick regardless

Sounds like what I had about a month ago, a nasty head cold. Get a decongestant if your sinuses are feeling stuffed up and a fever reducer of some sort, that may help a good bit with your dizziness.
