i have a mental disability and sometimes i feel down in the dumps, because i have a lot to manage mentally and at times i find it hard to leave my apartment, go out and do things....i get down sometimes indoors as well...ideally i would like to get...

I even had goal sheets the thereapy class gave me..
And i have a want to..but wish i could go to and do it
