Reverting back to the diet that made me feel good

Brussel sprouts
Sourdough bread
London broil
Grapefruit
Pastured eggs
Bok choy
Balsamic vinegar
Swiss chard
No sugar and maybe 60 carbs a day

And foods like that because coke, ice cream and Mac and cheese and all that crap has really put me down and make me feel like hell. Many type 2 diabetics eliminate all carbs but I don't think that's a good idea, I think it's all about frequency and portions.
