I'm diabetic type 2

And when it isn't controlled,trust me you know it because of sciatica, low energy, tinitis, feeling pinned down, peeing A LOT, stuff like that. And I'm guilty as hell lately, and it's my own fault. The only way out is to do like before and eat the right way. No sugar, low carbs. Smaller portions. I felt really good. Then life happens, shitty things etc happen and I gave up and ate whatever tf I felt like. Mistake.
