But it is manageable. I am on Ozempic which seems to be working. Also, I cut out added sugar, like in coffee and soda, and stopped eating sweet snacks and desserts. I started taking walks (yet also due to high blood pressure).
I like Splenda, but not other substitutes that much. I will eat sugar free snacks, though, just for something. Most have sugar alcohols, which are OK.
I need to diet more, though.

But the meds do work. Or so it seems. I have not actually tried stopping to see what happens.
