Agree. It is not a joke.
How do you manage yours?
@SW-User well the diet part i was doing an admittedly bad job with
I am taking metformin,glympiride and now will be taking a type if insulin most likely tresibia for the diabetes and i have to cut out sugars,salt and fatty foods if eat meat they want me to eat more lean meats cause the other stuff is causing fatty buildup on my liver

@ExperienceDLT May I suggest a book for you? It talks about a lot of things that doctors never seem to share or know. I think it will be of great help to you.
@SW-User yes any help is appreciated

A lot of things doctors tell you will cause you more harm ironically. Read up on what Functional Doctors have to say about this. Read the book, do your research other places too (read up on insulin resistance as well as metabolic syndrome which both can result in Diabetes type 2), and you can slowly get back your health with lifestyle changes.

Good luck.
@SW-User thank you 🙏
