I think my boyfriend has diabetes

He’s lost so much weight and he doesn’t even exercise he’s only 33 and he has weak painful arms he can barely lift them and his breath smells sweet I’m so scared because I don’t want to lose him I keep telling him to go to the doctors

Have you offered to take him to a doctor yourself? And wait in line for him and other things that require energy that one must do in order to see a doctor? That might help.
