I think my boyfriend has diabetes

He’s lost so much weight and he doesn’t even exercise he’s only 33 and he has weak painful arms he can barely lift them and his breath smells sweet I’m so scared because I don’t want to lose him I keep telling him to go to the doctors

I lost a huge amount of weight when i first developed diabetes.. Other symptoms where..

1) urinating far more then usual.. causing one to drink a lot of water and being thirsty all the time..
2) numbness in the muscles in my legs because of poor blood circulation during sleep at night..
3) hair thinning.. hair loss..
4) Eyes unable to focus on close objects .. Long vision..
