Today is the sixth anniversary of my diagnosis.
It’s also Pop’s 90th birthday. I’m going to spend it with him and prepared his favorite dish that I cook, with lower carbs, more veggies. And while he can enjoy his cake and ice cream, I shall abstain.

@iamonfire696 Thanks. I think he enjoyed it. My niece played guitar and he sang some songs from his youth.
