Pin Pricks & Summer [I Have Diabetes]

I'm a T1/3c diabetic, and insulin-dependent. I inject up to 7-8 times a day.
My thighs and stomach area can be covered with tiny pin pricks. I wondered if anyone has found a way to reduce these? I moisturise the injection areas daily but the little marks still remain. With the summer coming, I don't really want the marks visible wearing speedos!

I tend to agree, except that when it comes to major surgery, no expense is spared by the hospital: I've had open heart surgery: my diabetes and heart medication is free, as was treatment for my brain bleed. I'm not a good insurance risk!
