Pin Pricks & Summer [I Have Diabetes]

I'm a T1/3c diabetic, and insulin-dependent. I inject up to 7-8 times a day.
My thighs and stomach area can be covered with tiny pin pricks. I wondered if anyone has found a way to reduce these? I moisturise the injection areas daily but the little marks still remain. With the summer coming, I don't really want the marks visible wearing speedos!

your doctor has never mentioned an insulin pump?

@TexChik My BG levels are mostly stable, and pumps over here are very expensive. Don't forget our medical treatment here in the UK is free at the point of delivery- we pay for it through our taxes.

@CharlesRomsey which is why your health care is seriously lacking . You only get the cheapest possible option for your treatment . Here insulin pumps are covered wholly or partially by insurance .
