I'm sorry but, I'm with the doctor. If my doctor was like her I mostly wouldn't be dealing with the health problems I have now. Sometimes we need tough love even from our doctors, to get our act together. Getting another doctor who really doesn't know you is only going to hurt you in the end. Or one that doesn't care about your health but the money you put in their pocket, it's not going to help you.

@Rosepetal78 My aunt yelled at me. She got very brutally honest and tough on me.
I recently had a check up. B/work indicated I have diabetes. Now I take horse pills with my dinner meals and try and watch what I consume. Hope you improve your health!

Is that what really happened?

She may have been rude, but if that what it takes to get a vital message across, she has my respect...

Diabetes means a change in lifestyle. It kinda sucks but it gets easier in time. I've been living with it for the last 5 years. Whatever you do, take it seriously. My aunt's diabetes killed her after two amputations.

That’s uncalled for. The treatment fat people get from doctors is inexcusable.
