I Have Diabetes
I went to the doctor yesterday morning and my doctor could see though my lies. She looked at my weight and looked pissed. I got my results for my blood work and....her smile went away quick. She looked at me and got in my face. She said, "Why haven't you been following the diet plan I told you about? You've gained 28 pounds! Cut the carbs, bread, sugar and all that junk. I told you to LAY OFF the junk food. Your blood sugar is very high, you don't give a damn, your lazy and damn it...YOU HAVE DIABETIES!! TYPE 1 DIABETIES!"
I was shocked. I said, "I...I don't understand, I've been working out. My mom is depressed and-" she cut me off and said, "NO YOU HAVEN'T! You are 326 pounds! If you would have followed the plan like I told you in the first place, you would be in this situation. It's YOUR fault! Your aunt is right. You don't care. You are lazy, you only care about what you put I your mouth. Stuffing yourself with garbage and you have gotten FAT. Yes I said it, FAT! Don't drag your mother into this. Just because she is depressed and gained weight doesn't mean to need to be like her! You don't need your mom and dad to back you up! This is YOUR fault!" She shocked me with those harsh words and made me cry HARD. She didn't care. She left me suffer. I tried to hug her but she pushed my arms away. She said that when I see her in the next appointment, I better lose the weight and follow the healthy eating plan and don't disappoint her again and told me to leave.
I'm getting a different doctor. She was rude and called me fat.
I've had fainted, cramps everyday from eating junk and had flashes.
I said before I left, "Well I say I am normal size! How dare you!" Then she shoot right back at me, "That is because everyone else is fat! No arguing back! Please just go."
My aunt is going to be PISSED. I haven't told her yet.
