I Have Diabetes Mellitus, Insulin-dependent

TYPE 1 Diabetes: finally I am able to afford a blood glucose monitoring system (checks sugar levels) It’s unbelievable how absurd my sugar level is over night. It’s a rapid roller coaster. And no one had ever told me this is what I was fighting. It’s ridiculous. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I eat protein or not. Low carb or not. What is clear to me is that I have the auto immune version of diabetes because my body it fighting with itself. It’s NOTHING ANY Doctor has ever told me. And this is wrong. To not know what’s really going on. Again, this should not have the same name as Type two diabetes because treatment should not even be the same!

I’m blown away by the test results. It’s also simply informative to understand that when your body wakes it instantly produce glucose! Without even eating!
