Neither of the USA's two political parties runs China - a single-party state in which democracy is non-existent.
Where is the evidence China as done as you allege? Or that US politicians, of any party, have helped it do so as you imply?
Covid-SARS-19 does not need humans to breed new forms anyway. Once a disease has decided it likes humans its pathogen adapts new strains as it needs, simply to survive, and the pro-disease lobby in some "Western" nations is a gift from God to it.
