Thought I was never going to get Covid-19

My mother tested positive this morning
My brother tested postive this afternoon
I tested positive this evening but only symptoms I have are runny nose, sneezing and cold hands.

To begin with, most of the positive PCR test results are false. But if you really have Covid, I would just let it run its course. The vast majority of people who get it, get through it just fine without any intervention whatsoever. Many people never have ANY symptoms. From the description of your symptoms, it sounds like you just have a cold.
