Question for people that had covid. Did u feel invincible?

I mean after your illness passed and you were immune to the virus for next 6 months, did u feel any way? Like you didnt have to use a mask, etc.

Masks don't protect us. They protect other people from us.

I've had COVID multiple times. None too bad..just a week of proper down time and then low energy for a while. It's just one of those things I learned to take in my stride. Until a couple of months or so ago, it was mandatory to wear masks in public for us.

@SW-User It's helped me. Here masks are off too, but I still wear it in public, when it's in confined spaces.

@Dan193 I don't wear them anymore. No one here does. I think the new variants are much milder and I'd rather let them pass through and build antibodies against them naturally. I also keep strong on my immunity boosting natural drinks and teas. Also we have a lot of sun here. I think it helps.

@Dan193 people seem to react differently. But a few people have told me that weakness lingered for a few weeks after. It lingered for about 10 days for me.

@strongbow that's a really strange reaction. If you did your research, like really dig deep into it and not just the surface, you will find that the average paper masks will only work if everyone else is also wearing it around you. Why? Their droplets get contained inside.
But if you are the one wearing a mask and others around you are not, you are not necessarily protected fully.

I have never quite understood the kind of over reaction you just had. Even if I was stupid and dumb, maybe watch your tone and do some research before coming in like this. X
