Would it be wrong of me to go through a drive-through and pay cash if I'm about to be tested for COVID?

The only thing to eat at home is the same thing I just threw up hours ago.

Wash your hands before you pay and have only a short interaction?
Over here at the peak of the disease we needed to be at least 15 minutes in contact (< 1.5 meters) with someone who was tested positive for covid, before we they wanted us to test too.
@Classified Eh I don't wanna risk it.

@SinlessOnslaught At least according to the regulations we had, it is not much of a risk, but I understand. It doesn't feel right even with a short exposure.
@Classified that was with the alpha variant though. Omikron can spread within seconds. So wear a mask during any contact, and a proper one: at least FFP2. Don't worry too much about cash though. Chances of getting infected through hand contact are non-existent if they don't touch their face before washing their hands. It doesn't absorb through your skin.
@Classified @NerdyPotato Nobody volunteered to go for me so I decided to.

I told the clerk, Be careful because I'm about to be tested for COVID. She froze and said, "...Okayyyyyy?" 😂

@NerdyPotato I thought it was with the delta variant. 😅

@SinlessOnslaught Maybe go back after you have your result. 😬
@Classified Why? 😆
