I didn't knew it was COVID at first and the tests kept coming negative for some reason, but what gave me some peace from the congestion was swimming in the open sea, so I would say a marine water spray is probably your best bet (don't expect miracles however, it only gives some *minutes* of comfort).

my dad gave me some mucinex dm. i usually take robitussin dm but the ingredients are the same. great for congestion and runny or stuffy nose. i also took advil and vit d and zinc seemed to help alot too. the advil really helped make me feel better but i took it when i wasnt taking the mucinex

Guaifenesin and xlear for congestion. I've also heard that a steam inhaler helps. If you have a cough ask doctor for tessalon perles. Ice pack or hot damp cloth for headache.

Anti-inflammatory drugs helped me but I don't know what kind of problems do you have.
Tyler20 · 22-25, M
@CrazyMusicLover mostly congestion
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@Tyler20 Ah sorry, I didn't have that. You probably need to wait it out like any other illness.

Lots of bed rest is a big plus. Medicines didn't really seem to do anything helpful.
