I have Covid and have done nothing but sleep and sweat for two days

Apparently the body heals while sleeping so enjoy the rest

Resting is the best way to recover. It took me 10 days to fully recover, the first 3-4 days are the worst. Make sure to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
