Day 7 after testing positive

I had what I call a phlegm attack last evening and it was a mess trying to cough it out and today I'm scared of eating a real meal because swallowing food or hot drinks triggers my lungs. I can feel some phlegm but it's not exactly around my lungs which is a good thing, it's in the back of my throat. I had yoghurt for breakfast some hours ago. I'm just trying to take it slow and if nothing happens before going back into bed tonight I'll be fine.
Bpm and oxygen levels are normal.

Gotta say, I've never had a phlegm attack but that sounds horribly miserable. I'm looking it up and apparently phlegm is made of dead bacteria, white blood cells, and other shit, so your body is expelling all the coronaviruses. If that's the case, does that mean you're close to recovering? I hope so.
@BlueVeins The thing is it happens without Covid too. My lungs aren't strong enough to get rid of it fast I don't have the strength to cough strong enough for it to get out. I can't till if it's necessary or just my respiratory system freaking out but either ways it's definitely harmful substances and shouldn't be inside my body.
It's been happening since early 2021 and my brother got hospitalized because of it 9 years ago. I ask someone to press on my chest so I can cough stronger, a technique a doctor taught me. Hopefully today I won't have to reach that far because after it's all over I feel like I been running a marathon.
