A-symptomatic Covid?

That sounds great. However, I am in bed with covid-like symptoms that keep coming up negative in tests. So it's the opposite: Covid symptoms without actual official covid. I have an awful; dry cough with flem, I feel exhausted everything feels difficult. The rapid flow tells me I'm fine. Pfffffffffff. Annoyed.

You are finding out this truth:
Standard molecular tests are the gold standard for accurate testing. But they are still not 100% accurate. Rapid antigen tests are very specific for the coronavirus. A positive result likely means that you are infected. However, rapid antigen tests are not as sensitive as other tests, so there is a higher chance of a false negative result.
(See https://www.goodrx.com/conditions/covid-19/covid-19-rapid-test...yeah, a lesser source than I typically use, but ok.)

@SomeMichGuy Your link is not available outside the US. I agree with you though. I think I have Covid.
