If you are pretty certain you have covid but no insurance to get tested to confirm would you still go to work?

I'm pretty damn sure i got it a few weeks ago but tests cost money especially when you are uninsured so i just slapped a mask on and continued working even though i felt like crap. Plus my job makes you get a doctors note if yo7 call out sick ans again no.insurance so no doctor.
