Still testing positive

I still feel weak and sick, but better than I did last week when I initially tested positive.

I never really got that sick either. Just want to be able to leave the house

Sweetheart, it takes sometimes weeks to fully feel yourself again. My daughter is the same.

Did you know? One tablespoon of blackstrap molasses contains 20% of the iron you need each day. Anemia — a condition that results in a lack of healthy red blood cells — is often caused by iron deficiency. If left untreated, this type of anemia can lead to extreme fatigue, weakness, or shortness of breath.

The best black strap molasses is Plantation Organic, which you can get at Amazon. I'm just about out of my grandma's molasses so I'm going to order that today. The best. Unsulfured.

I found something really great for tiredness. Please get this cuz it will really make a difference in how you feel. Get some or one of these flavors. You will love them. Get strawberry Pedialyte classique, I did my homework on all these, or you could get the fruit punch electrolyte water and you can drink as much as you want, or cherry punch, and they say orange breeze really taste like orange juice only without all the sugar and it's it tastes really super good. Or you can get the grape Pedialyte classique.

I believe a healthy dose of vitamins C, D, Zinc, Quercetin and garlic are great combatants to the flu and or Covid.

Just my humble opinion above.

My Dr told me not to bother retesting that it’ll likely show positive awhile after
Sharon1 · 31-35, F
@MellyMel22 so does that mean I don’t have to self isolate anymore
MellyMel22 · F
@Sharon1 I think it depends on the first day you tested positive.

I don't know, but you can check this site out, ask your doctor as always first before taking anything, good luck.

Were you vaccinated before testing positive?
Sharon1 · 31-35, F
@Diotrephes no. I’m not vaccinated
Diotrephes · 70-79, M
@Sharon1 It's a good idea to get vaccinated because if you get a severe case and it doesn't kill you, it will cause major on-going health problems for a very long time. Be nice to yourself and take precautions to protect your health as long as possible. I'm getting my second booster next month and I wear my masks in public. Of course I will eventually die from something but maybe it won't be from Covid.
