Yep... I will need a third dose...

... But, not until next February if they follow guidelines - so, I'm now wondering... is it worth it???

Come February, we should already be through the worst of the winter peaks that we are expecting - and I'm not particularly keen on suffering through this a third time if I can help it. I learned with my second dose that I'm not a fan of the side effects that I went through.

From what I've understood, the third dose is purposefully delayed by a certain number of months from the second in order to maximize the antibodies production (and prevent existing antibodies from neutralising the mimicked protein); especially in countries where the delay between the first two doses was short (3-4 weeks) and in groups more at risk.

If I'll be offered a third I'll take it. I've suffered from asthma already, not a fan of the suffocating in land experience that covid is prone to give. Nor of persistent brain fog, chronic fatigue syndrome, et similia.
