Is this normal ??

Covid first started when I was 16 and my school immediately shut down and started online schooling.
I have never needed to use eye drops my entire life until online school started, Second half of 11th grade + 12th grade were all online.
And even though I graduated and it’s summer break now , My eyes are still always dry and I regularly use eye drops.
Is that normal?

I've never had issues with my eyes. The light from screens can wreak havoc on the eyes.

[@1175131,pleasingyouorme] probably, my irl school didn’t allow phones
So we’d leave them before going
And I used to already use my phone too much when I’m back from school
I guess with online schooling
The hours doubled and my eyes decided to go crazy lmao

[@1011710,Moon3624] You may have to cut down on your screen use when school's not in session now!
Did you take the vaccine?
[@1011710,Moon3624] it must either due to covid vaccine. Or maybe you had mild covid.

[@1158409,littlepuppywantanewlife] what does covid have to do with dry eyes?
[@1011710,Moon3624] I don't know.

Staring at a computer means you may be blinking less so your eyes are getting dry? Or more time inside with less fresh air?
