You should be getting the same manufacturer of your first dose for your second dose. I鈥檇 go somewhere else
I got the flu shot once. And that year I was sick repeatedly. I vowed never again. Haven鈥檛 had it since. [@1011710,Moon3624]
[@604557,stratosranger] I've never had flu in my life. I've never had a flu jab. My husband's the same.

[@1011710,Moon3624] Relax. They鈥檙e not giving you anything dodgy. Just something that will help your immune system recognise covid and fight it should it show up

Don't worry, the strange and painful mutations will start tomorrow in that classic 80s comedy, "the thing"

Early studies of mixing indicate it has been more effective than a single-brand, two doses. But those studies are early, as I said.

[@487145,StevetheSleeve] i hope it鈥檚 more effective

They tried that on me, I didn't do it I want the same maker.
I don't think your'e supposed to be given different makes sense of vaccines.

My first one was Pfizer and then my second one was Moderna weeks ago. No serious side-affects of any kind. They are the same type of vaccine, though. Public Health in Canada says it's entirely safe. It's natural to be worried.
