People with no symptoms can show some as soon as there is an increase in stress. It happened with me one day when I was angry and suddenly started showing symptom.

So be relaxed, listen to songs and stuff.:)

@SW-User lol I don't want to be going off giving unsolicited advice but also don't exercise too hard and yet make sure to do some very mild exercise like yoga or something along with great nutrition 馃槄

@MasterofNone I鈥檓 not allowed to exercise at all because it鈥檚 affecting my blood sugars so I鈥檓 on a high carb diet this week with lots of rest
