Should I self isolate?

I have a sore throat but I'm 95% sure it's from getting violently ill and vomiting two days ago from a medication reaction. Nothing to do with coronavirus. Should I still self isolate just to be safe? I kinda wanted to work today, or at least go to the store.

Don't go out if you're unwell. Coz you're only making yourself vulnerable to catching more infections...you know we're in a pandemic.
