I haven't even heard so much as "limit gatherings" about the holidays except Thanksgiving. However, retailers have had it in for Thanksgiving since who knows when.

@CestManan in the UK Halloween was pretty much cancelled and Christmas is the first big holiday we have had during the pandemic. Other religious holidays were given similar restrictions.
