The average person ingests between 0.10 and 0.12 mg AL per day per kg of body weight. Aluminium is the third most common element and the most common metal on earth, comprising about 8.8% of rocks. It is found in the air, and in clean lakes, streams, and rivers, and in your food. And yes, it is found in vaccines as well as antacids and other commercial products. It is even found in breastmilk. You eat it daily, and will for the rest of your life.
