I don't know about Europe but in the United States ,despite not having any Universal Health Care and the wealth distributed in a highly unequal fashion, with the wealthiest 1 percent of families in the United States holding about 40 percent of all wealth and the bottom 90 percent of families holding less than one-quarter of all wealth. ... Notably, 25 percent of families have less than $10,000 in wealth.we chose a Centerist Right candidate.In other times there were leaders like TR who sought to break up the monopolies and Trusts,and FDR,who probably single handed saved the US.
WE need some kind of reset to protect the working and middle classes

@bookerdana very strange how the wealthiest became wealthier recently. Amazon, Walmart and company. And how many ordinary people on the other hand became way way poorer.

Sure the pols use buzzwords but who reads "position papers" or The Mueller Report?
Do folks even get that its wrong to use the AG of the US as an attack dog?

@revenant I think people want a bogeyman to pin the virus on ,it makes it easier to deal with.As I speak Covid 19 is red hot in California,Florida,Texas and the Ohio valley.The response from the upper echelon of Government has been denial, too slow and lots of "magical thinking".
Sometimes Corona virus has brought out the best ,the angels of our better nature but when someone on this website tells me he hopes that Ne York and other "blue states " are obliterated it is disturbing ,to put it mildly. (UNITED States)
And so far the only thing any of us have to fight it is distancing,masks,and handwashing.As I said I'm not as familiar with other spheres in the World,its hard enough to follow the U.S, but I'm going to pray and do what I can where I can and not go looking for the usual suspects of bloggers

@bookerdana All across the world, it is the same response from the left. Project Fear from something which hardly kills anyone. They use the same language, they take more or less same absurd and ridiculous measures and the same virtue signalling words and slogans. So one has to wonder why.

@revenant Where I live they were cremating corpses in the parking lot of hospitals.They sent a navy hospital ship because the hospital system was overtaxed. In NY few need to be[b] "brainwashed"[/b]into distancing or masks.
