A question for anyone who has been on a plane since masks became mandatory..

Were you allowed to eat/drink on the flight?
revenant · F
I was on a plane in June. They only gave small bottles of water to drink and small packed sandwiches
They was no tray and no glasses
@revenant yup. Fucking ghost towns and nothing open for food.

Made multi hour layovers miserable

@Callmewhatyouwill no duty frees, nothing. It was ghostly and ghastly
@revenant exactly.

Yes. You can remove your mask when eating and drinking. But it must be worn at all other times.

@MeowsoliniReturns that makes no sense to me. If you can take them off to eat, why wear them at all?
Yes. But masks the rest of the time.

@Callmewhatyouwill seems a bit redundant...
@Beautifullyderanged yea. Pointless when everyone takes off their masks at the se time.

Most planes are not offering meals so therefore it’s only momentarily for a sip of water or to eat peanuts lol 😂!
@dellaldila actually I know a pilot who works for AA, they do meals but it's in baggies

Flown I July...August and Sept.
Only water and a snack...so you lower your mask and when done put it back on.
