@Elessar If Russia comes out with a safe effective/vaccine first.... we know who developed the virus.

@SW-User Not necessarily, they could just be lucky to come with an effective and safe vaccine at the first try. Moderna's and Oxford's prototypes were developed several months ago as well, and for first, and for now the data look promising. It's testing what takes time. If they skip it altogether and "test in production", as we say in IT, it'll be just a game of (pun intended) Russian roulette.
