What is the best way anyone of us can help during this covid19 pandemic?

How can each of us individually help make this situation more bearable until we get to the other side?

Helping each other out,delivering food to those that are elderly or sick, staying home if you can, wearing a mask when at stores, keeping yourself healthy and fit, no hoarding of supplies, practice social distancing, offering a hand when possible, raising funds for those in need, basically just being nice and decent to your fellow Americans
