I Have Something To Say About Coronavirus / Covid19

I getting confused here. Another meat processing plant shut down to a large number of positive cases of Covid19.
Soooo... this plant had 373 employees testing positive, all were "asymptomatic!"
All those people have the virus and did not know they did?
The same occurred with other plants.
Most never knew they were.. suppose-to-be-sick!
I am lost now in my thinking. What is really going on? If they don't feel sick, not running a fever and the plant is operating well... WHY..would they not continue to work?

My guess is that they would contaminate the product and possibly get others sick.

@AlyssaG Yup, I understand that as well. But at the same time they tell us we can not contract the virus thru foods.
So many different stories and they change so rapidly ..

@Echoing I guess it can also be to avoid them going out to travel to work (potentially walking past people) as even a cough in public can lead to someone catching it

@MissMoon I understand this. If a person has no fever, no signs/coughing or illness, and tests positive,
and if they protect others with wearing a face mask...
how will they be the cause of you catching the virus? …
