How long do you think Coronavirus virus vaccine be ready by?

ArishMell · 70-79, M
The honest answer is no-one can really say, because it takes time to find the vaccine then test it sufficiently rigorously to ensure it is safe.
The more cautious estimates suggest not this year.

@ArishMell If it’s not this year could we still be in lockdown for a year or two? Just say I wanna go to the barbers and do my hair can I still go? I don’t wanna have a ladylike hair.

The big question is, "can they develope one?". There's no effective vaccine for the common cold or AIDS.
LoveSWsomuch · 36-40, M
@Tastyfrzz What are the chance they may accidentally find vaccine for AIDS, diabetes, cancer and cold?
Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
@LoveSWsomuch I'm sure that along the way they may discover lots of useful new tools as the research money is the most it's ever been but a lot of times treatments are specific to one strain in one specific body chemistry with one genome in one study with mixed results.

Focus on strengthening your immune system and don't worry about a vaccine.
LoveSWsomuch · 36-40, M
@Peaceful What tips have you got for boosting my immune system? What would you suggest?
Peaceful · F
@LoveSWsomuch daily natural sunlight, liposomal vitamin C and get some natural vitamin A in there through either, liver, liver pills or you can take cod liver oil.
1st to 2nd quarter of next year at the earliest. It may be longer. The pharmaceutical community DOES NOT WANT to do this.
Summer 2021, it's a post pandemic control, like the flu

At least a year.
They're having to do this from a starting point of 0.
LoveSWsomuch · 36-40, M
