Educate yourself: Don’t use the media go to World 🌎 Health Organization or the CDC
Be flexible: there will be a lot of changes
Utilize your team: one dream one team
Communicate: use good judgment not just a bunch of talking and stroking Ego’s
Authenticity: stay close to people uncertainty is ok Stand Above the Crowd while in it
Manage yourself: Social distancing and wash hands regularly
Crisis: A time of intense difficulties or danger. you think it’s never been this bad before
not to minimize what’s going on this is serious but do what you can to help slow it down stop it and turn it around
