Losing my parents was very traumatic for me as well . Christmas will come back to you , it’s just the first one without him ...you have an entire year full of firsts to deal with . I’m sorry for your loss

My dad died in August. I found that Christmas this year was so full of childhood memories that it was hard to stay present.
We hadn't been close for quite a few years but it was still very heavy on my mind. Coupled with the fact that Christmas was spent in lockdown..its just a lot to handle.
I hope that things improve this year, at least at the global level. Having personal stuff to deal with on top of everything else is just so difficult. 🤗❤️

Awww...feel the same man. Although, in perspective 2019 was a worse Christmas for me.

My dad passed in Aug. this yr. I think of him alot...I miss him! He would tell me if he could that I need to enjoy life and that he is watching.
